All common types of questions are covered, including multiple-choice and short answer questions.

  • In the case of multiple-choice questions, a select box format can be selected when there are more choices.

• Fill-in-the-blank questions In addition to the vertical arrangement of questions, the system also supports a left-right split format in which multiple questions share the same text, etc., with the text displayed on the left and the questions displayed on the right.

The questions are not simply randomly generated from a pool of questions, but can be controlled in a variety of ways.

  • Random questions can be randomly selected from a grouping of questions or subquestions.

We emphasize that the client is free to manage the questions as they wish. For example, if you need to make minor changes to a question just before an exam, you can update it immediately from the administration screen. The following is the basic flow of question management using Excert.

     After batch registration, adjustments can be made via the GUI, such as modifying question text, changing correct answers and score distribution, setting randomness, and replacing images.
